Community Wellbeing

In this video, Dr. Carol Lewis, a professor at the University of Florida, shares an inspiring message on community wellbeing and emotional resilience. Her talk offers practical advice and reassurance for teens struggling with anxiety, helping them understand that they’re not alone and that healing begins with awareness and support. This video was created in collaboration with Breathe and Believe, a teen-led mental health program dedicated to helping students learn positive ways to cope with anxiety and build a supportive community through open conversation and expert guidance.

The Second Brain

​In this video, Erika Monroy, mentor of Breathe and Believe and an emotional intelligence specialist, shares an insightful message on the power of the “second brain” and the role of happiness hormones in emotional and mental wellbeing. Her talk helps teens better understand the mind–body connection and how awareness and simple habits can support emotional balance and reduce anxiety.
